Shipping method

We work with Bpost, PostNL for the shipment of your parcels. For foreign countries there may be a possible cooperation with TNT...
An additional possibility that we offer is free pickup. Indicate at the shipping method "free pickup", we will contact you further for an appointment at the office. Address : Ontmijnerslaan 2 - 8200 Brugge

Shipping costs

The shipping costs are calculated at the checkout and differ per country.

Delivery times

Prints and cards are available within 1-2 weeks. Framed works and works on acrylic glass within 2-4 weeks. When your work is shipped, you will be automatically informed by e-mail.

Returning

If the work does not meet your requirements, you have 7 days from the day of receipt to report this. Please contact us via the contact form and together we will find a suitable solution.

Damage

If your purchase is damaged, you have 7 days from the day of receipt to report this. Please contact us via the contact form. Include your order number, what exactly is damaged, with an attached photo. We will immediately investigate the problem and find a suitable solution as soon as possible.
